epidimyo-orchitis

14 weeks ago I had a pain in my left testicle.after 4 days it still hadnt gone and felt that it woz getting worse so i went to the docs following day. he examed me and diagnosed epidimy-orchitis and put me on ciprofloaxcin 500mg twice a day for 2 weeks. 1st day on these the pain got worse, scrotumn was really red and hot and had diffculty walking round the house. after 2-3 days on the antibiotics it seemed to calm down alot 80% - 90% better. fininshed the 2 week course and it still hadnt completly gone but definitly lot better. cudnt get to see same doc, anotha doc gave me a anotha 2 weeks cipro but he didnt check me over. took them for anotha 2 days and stopped because wasnt sure i shud still be on them and they were making me feel very ill. pain seemed to come and go but never being as bad as the start, but also seemed to be geting pain in the right testicle aswell.went to get tested for all sti a few weeks later-all negative. went to see a urologist 11 weeks after it first started as still not comp[letly back to normal, had ultrasound which ruled out any underlying causes. it does seem to be easing off but im not sure if i should leave it or consider something else? a week or so before it first started i did notice a small bit of yelow discharge underneath my foreskin and did seem to be goin toilet a liitle bit more often. no pain on passing urine and no problems with ejaculating or erections, although did have slight pain ejaculating while i was on the cipro. what should i do next?

11 weeks of symptoms is very persistent.  It's worth getting a different urologist to give a second opinion if you're not satisfied with this one's advice.
