Since you've had about every other exam with no results, you might consider seeing your gynecologist or even an endochrinologist to check the hormone angle. Easier said than done, I know, since you have to deal with National Health.
I have had headache 3-4 times a week before this but never constant and this kind of pain.
Doctors and neurologists are a waste of time, all they do is offer strong analgesics and opiates and dont try to find the cause and treat that.
