Back Pain

by VT45, Feb 21, 2008 01:50AM
Last year this time I was absolutely fine and then in the month of March I fell down on my morning walk. That is when I strated losing balance often and in a month my right leg also got effected, so much so that I would fall while going to the rest room during the night and if there was no one to help mw I would lie in that position for hours. Upon medical investigations it has been found that I have dorsal myelopathy. Now I am on bed and need help for everything. I have had 2 sessions of pulse therepy (intensive steroid therapy via IV).
I want to know what are the possible cures for this kind of ailment and if I have any chance of walkign again?
