PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

by krys2423, Feb 21, 2008 10:07AM
Hello, This is my second post since January. This is an update: I went to a cardiologist and I had an ecocardiogram, ekg and a stress test. He said everything came out normal. When he said that I broke down and started crying. I'm like, why does this happen all the sudden i cant even play in a simple basketball game without getting out of breath, swollen ancles, dizzy and nausas after the first two minoutes! Like i said in my previous post, during the last week of June 2007, I noticed a big bite and rash on my left arm three days after retreiving a lax ball from the woods. 3 days later I started feeling horrible, Out of breath, horrible back pain, sleeping problems, nasuea, diahrea, swollen ancles, night sweats, chest pain and more. Its weird because the week before the last week of june I was completly fine, Play basketball and sports with out getting tired since I'm an all year around athelete. Also, yesturday I went to see my rhemutologist once agian due to shortness of breath and horrible sleep problems. The week before he prescribed lyrica and sonayta, which is for back pain and sleeping problems. The first day I took it i noticed that it made my sleeping problem worse and my backproblem worse as well. I didnt get anysleep for 41 hours straight. He told me that It might be because of my medication (vyvanse) that I'm getting out of breath and everything. And he told me i should try getting on a new medication. I'v taken almost every single add and adhd medication out there and none of it has worked except for Vyvanse and im only 15 years old! Then i'm like well can you explaine the big bite, shortness of breath, swollen ancles and all of my other bizzare symtoms. He said no, all i can say is get more sleep and the vyvanse might be contributing to this. Also, I have lupus that runs on my dads side of the family and i'v gotten all the testing for lyme lupus western blot, but they oviously came out to be negative But were also looking in to lymes still and ciliac disease, and were going to see a pulminary doctor and we might get a brain MRI..... PLEASE HELP ME THIS IS A SERIOUS MATTER AND ITS AFFECTING MY LIFE!!

thanks,
Krysten

How are you?  Boy, reading your letter made me really upset.  I hope there has been some resolution to your problem.  I was going to suggest that a Tick bite might be the problem or possible an allerigic reaction to a spider.
Just lending moral support!
