I have a client who eats several pages of printer paper with printing on it. What are the medical ramifications?

I really don't know, and not sure who you would ask other than a pathologist. Paper with print on it can be sterile, and the paper itself is not digestible, so there may not be any negative effects, but it certainly is strange behavior, and if excess, may possibly interfere with digestion.
