lump in my neck

hi my name is paul 5 months ago i had a thoat cancer they removed the tumor via lazer treament and said the op was very sucessful now ive found a lump in my neck and all my joints hurt and my arm locks when i brush my teeth im waiting on seeing my doctor but could tell me what it could be ive also put a lot of whight on and my eyes are puffy thankyou paul
