dry mouth, glands affected?

I have been dealing with this for 3 years. It started out as dry mouth, tingling on upper lip and nose and then tugging and pulling on my jaw and face downward to my neck. Doctors never knew what it was and then my neck went bad and I had a 3 level cerv. fusion 3 weeks ago. While my arms are now OK, it still have the other symptoms, dry mouth, jaw pain, front of the neck pain. How can I get some relief. It makes it hard to form words because my muscles get so tight in my neck. I think it may be lower in the thoracic region. Help if you can!!
