My skin bruises very easily. Big reddish bruises when I run into anything. They eventually disappear but I would like top hasten that process

You really need a work-up by a physician. The most likely cause is a simple vitamin K deficiency. Usually diet related.  I say "most likely" because it is absolutely positively impossible to make any kind of a diagnosis on an internet bulleten board. There are other possible causes. I'm not going to provide a laundry list.  I hesitate to give any advice that would discourage you from seeking the advice of an M.D. That being said, you might try a low-dose vitamin k supplement.

my mothers skin did this when she hit something you did not give your age one dr said this was caused by ageing my skin now does that as i am no spring chicken but i would suggest you go to the dr just for your own peace of mind as i am not qualified to advice one to ues anything the dr did not reccomend good luck   jo
