Calcium Crystals on Heart Valve

In 2005, my Dr. said I had a heart murmur And had tests run. He gave me nitroglycern for chest pain. Wednesday I had another appointment and the Dr. said the murmur was getting worse and that the condition was serious.Since I am uninsured and have many bills for my cancer operation I need to wait until I'm 65. I am 61. Iam morbidly obese and have lost some weight with mild exercise and the weight watchers diet. Can you tell me whatn the treatment for this condition is and what exactly caused this condition? I took fen-fen for a few months in 1997.
