Unknown problem- UTI or constipation

My daughter who is 4 yrs old, was diagnosed with a UTI (2nd one) and treated with an antibiotic.  After being on the antibotic for 7days she developed a 101.5-100.3 (rectal) fever for 2days.  We controlled it with motrin and from then on was only 99.5-100.3 until day 11 on antibiotic.  On day 12 (now off antibiotic) she started complaining of severe pain while urinating and possible constipation.  She has little or no appetiate, she is drinking plenty of fluids (amount going in is not the same coming out) her stomach is a little distended, she has a rash on her left thigh, her bowel movements are slight orange in color, and having some pain in her lower left part of her back.  We took her to the DR and they did a dip stick test of her urine and stated that "all is fine" and she probably is just constipated.  She was not taking any Tylenol or motrin due to her not having a fever however, once I stopped now she is currently running again on day 14 a 101.7(rectal) temp.  She had 3 bowel movements on day 13 and 2 today on day 14 and they both are somewhat orange in color.  Can you please help me out?  I am very concerned and not sure what this could be.  Could she have another UTI even though they said it was fine???  Is there more to this or is she just constipated or coming down with a virus???
