weight loss

i am a senior citizen i usually weighed around 110 and then 7 years ago lost my mom and daughter also my siser last year and i had to quit work to take care of my husband who is a shut in and on oxygen i cant join weight watcher i live in the country it is to far also i cant afford it i posred in the othercolumn but most are young and they do not pay any attention to the older ones problems i cant exercise much due to health issues i need a support group and hoped that others out there may be interested in getting together and and we can lose weight that way i really need someone to lead i dont know really just what to start eating and how to go i know the sweets must go but i really need some reason and support hey caregiver can you help if anyone is interested please click on my profile and lets all get started     thanks   jo
