Lump at the left testicle

Hi I am a 29 yrs old married man, yesterday while watching a clip "Keep Eye on your Balls" in youtube; I have noticed that there is a kind of small marble size peice in the leftside of my left testes in Scortum, although it is has no pain but the movement you press, it starts pain in the lower abdomen for a while.. I haven't discuss this with anyone, Please clarify me about the problem and Its cure and suggest some specialist for it. I have browse on the net and found it may be Testicular Cancer.

get it checked out not every lump is cancer four years ago at the age of 36 the lump I had was cancer but today I have a different lump but its only a cist so see the doctor and don't delay
