breast cyts

i had a 2nd mamo yesterday and they said its a cyts, what does that mean im sorry i had a 2nd appointment for a ultra sound and she said it was a cyst, you want to hear its a cysts, im confused does it have to be fixed or can i leave it alone?

It can be either. If it's bothering you (pain) then they can aspirate it, which is no big deal. They numb the area with a small shot, then get a needle and suck the cyst fluid out. I had one done last year and was so happy I did. My cyst was huge, near the chest wall and very painful.

So yes, you do want to hear things like simple cysts.  It's extremely common and they're benign.
