Tourettes??

Hi, So heres the story, Im 15 and i've had these weird tics like twitcing my eyes, making a small noise with my throat, straining or tightnening the muscles my neck, and theres more that have come and gone. They first started when id say i was about 8 or so. Could this be tourettes or is it something else? If anyone could help me id be very gratefull.
