Tiny black spots under nail

by mroland, Feb 26, 2008 09:08PM
I think the name for it is splinter hemorrhages. I have notice them on diferrent fingers at different times. They have disappeared now.. Do they show a sign of a more serious underlying problem? Should I be worried? Who do I go to to check them out? I read it could be endocarditis or other types of bacteria or malignant infections.
