HELP ME GET CONFIDENCE

by Sukyiabayta, Feb 27, 2008 05:14AM
I am a 34 years old married femail with no children. Since I was a kid, I was always known as being under weight! I thought my body will build when having my period and reaching teenage, but failed. Specially that I got my period at the age 15 and not consistent in length or duration which is because I have PCOs. I am 38 Kg and I am 167 tall, which means I even don't have a BMI. I tried using appetizers but did not work out. I have an issue with general anxiety disorder, have phobia problems and live iin stress, would that have an impact. I wear big close and lots of supporting cloth underneath so I can look a bit fat or healthy. I do not eat my meals in time, nor do I feel hungery and if, I hardly eat a good meal. I saw a nutritionist and gave me lots of medications and programe to follow but I even don't have an apitite to do so. What could this be, I do not have confidence in my self because of my look, I am too skinny and people are making fun of me. I do not have any organic problems.

Hi!

I hope you will find the answer to this soon. Maybe someone else in here too would have something to toss in with?! (I hope!!!)

It sounds horrible to me, what you go through. Do you even have a period now?
Maybe you should try again to eat regularly? The one who doesn't eat, gets no hunger. The stomach stops trying to signalize that it wants food because it doesn't get it anyway. You know how we give up when things don't work...

It doesn't have to be very much, start with the easy things - the fruit in the morning, a little bit of lunch, a little bit for dinner and some for supper. 4 times a day, 4 hours between.

Do you take any meds for your anxiety disorder?
