Psychologican Testing

by Laura107, Feb 27, 2008 01:25PM
Hello.  I am curious if anyone is familiar with Psychological Testing.  My daughter, who is almost 13, shows significant highs and lows.  I am bi-polar, and although she is not my biological daughter, I see some scary simalarities.  My therapist is the one who mentioned the testing, but I am unsure what all that entales.  Does anyone have any information on how, and where children get tested?

I would say you should consult her pediatrician or the family doctor. They could best answer your question of what the testing consists of. That would be the best bet to find somewhere in your area that does testing and for further consultation.
