Some of my friends have had the same thing and they were given a pill from their Gyno so maybe at your next appointment you should ask him/her if you can have it as well.

I am 10 weeks along and was diagnosed with hyperememis gravidarum. I am taking Zofran, the kind that dissolves in the mouth and lasts 12 hours. I highly suggest you speak w/your doc about possibly trying this med. Make SURE you are getting enough fluids - thats far more important than food - I had to learn that the hard way after being recently hospitalized for dehydration associated w/my hyperemisis. I'm so sorry you're experiencing this - I know how awful and discouraging it is. Best wishes to you!

does phenergran help you any.  You can take this after 12 weeks.  Does your vitamins make you sick?  If so, try some flinstones.  Do you have acid reflux?  This can cause excessive nausea.  You can take Zantac 75 after 12 weeks for that.  If I were you and could only eat one meal a day, I would try to make it count. Eat as much good stuff as you can.  If you comes back up, at least you tried.  Try eating some ginger.  This helps a little.  I hate to hear you are having such a hard time.  I know you are miserable now, but just keep thinking of happy you will be when that baby gets here!  Besides, studies show that women who had excessive morning sickness have a lesser chance of having breast cancer later in life. (Just trying to find a bight side)
