A natural remedy that seems to help relatively quickly is 5HTP. It is a natural enzyme. My daughter uses between 50 to 100 mg a day.It seems to help her quite a bit.

I forgot to mention that she doesn't use any prescription drugs and I don't think that you are suppose to if you are using a natural remedy.
