MRI Cervical Spine

Impression: Multilevel degenerative disc changes most severely involving c4-5.  Mild canal stenosis, c4-5, c5-6 and c6-7, greatest at c5-6.  Small left paracentral proximal foraminal disc protrusion at c4-5 with multilivel unconvertebral and facet hypertrophy resulting in sever left c3-4, c4-5, bilateral c5-6, foraminal stenosis.  Mild to moderate bilateral foraminal stenosis left greater than right, c6-7 with mild to moderate right c4-5 foraminal stenosis.

What does this mean, and what are my treatment options ?
