lumps on son scalp

my son has little lumps on the top of his head and a big lump in the back of his head. I did take him doctors and he said it was infected lumps. Can that harm my child what should i do?

saw your post about lumps on son's scalp.  i just found the same thing on my daughter's scalp. i'm going into the doc tommorrow morning. what did your doc say?  didn't he give you any advice?
