'Sjogren's Syndrome'

After a couple of years of infusions of Pamisol and then Intergram, all the blood tests some which have gone overseas. talk of paraproteins, Multiple Myeloma and even Amyloid, very low platelets etc etc, a result! What is Sjogren's Syndrome, however did I get it and is there a cure for it?

I am 65 years of age, with dry mouth and eyes, peripheral neuropathy [very bad in both legs and feet and right hand, just slightly in L hand] Dry skin, actually most of my body is dry. I thought it was just part of the aging proccess. Itchy face, frequent diarrhoea just about complete the picture.

I have four sons all have had heart issues, two now ok, but two still with Mitral Valve incompetency. A granddaughter with something on her skin which attacks her organs, like kidney, liver etc, [not sure of the spelling sorry] scerlious, something like that, which might be connected.
