sperm granuloma

Vasectomy done. No problems until 3 1/2 wks. Developed large (pecan size) mass that causes pain right testicle at the clipped site of the vas. On 1800 mg Motrin. Not changing after 72 hrs. Can this be shrunk with steroid, suctioned out? How long does it take for the body to "reabsorb" or shrink the mass? Will intercourse complicate if the clip is leaking?
