I was wondering If panic attacks can cause my face to get a cold sensation. It does'nt seem to tingle,It just gets cold when Im nervous or panicking.I suffer from "health anxiety" and went through MANY tests recently including, a Ct scan of the brain,an EEG,many EKG's,X-rays and many blood tests..All which came back fine.

It would certainly be possible..when you have a panic attack you have a lot of stress hormones operating, shifting the blood from one part of your body to the other, so,although unusual, it certainly could create a cold face.

I've had anxiety/panic off and on now for about 10 years, and it can literally manifest itself in just about any form.  I find that if I begin to worry about a specific condition or part of my body that I can actually create symptoms in that area.

When I had my 1st and worst anxiety/panic attack the first symptom was that my arms and legs became very cold. Hope that this helps you to realize that anxiety/panic attacks can manifest itself in many forms.
Good luck.
