Is my child normal?

my son is 3 and he cant fully pronounce words or complete sentences.
hes a sugar junkie and rarely eats anything that is real food.
very hard headed and doesnt listen, i have to nag him and physically punish him and make sure i watch him so that he doesnt move. also he is very sneaky and is beginning to lie, when i sit him down to talk to him and ask him questions when i catch him doing something hes not supposed to he doesnt look me in the face and begins to wonder hes eyes around the room not paying any attention. he is very clingy and needy for attention .

please help

Don't know exactly what your concern is here...  

But language wise, a 3 year old should be able to use, or create 3 word sentences.

They do not really need to be gramatically correct... but they should be around 3 words.
