Foamy urine usually suggests proteinuria. In your case, your 2 hour urine sample analysis for quantitative protein in the urine have been normal. Other causes may be an underlying urinary tract infection. However, if there are no overt symptoms like swelling or edema of the lower extremities, any pain in urinating or symptoms of urgency or frequency, then I do not think this is something which may require further evaluation.
Continue to observe the character of the urine. Drink plenty of fluid and maintain healthy lifestyle. If the foamy urine continues to persist, then I suggest that you seek follow up consult with your physician.
