can i still get pregnant?

when i was 17 i had my ovary and falopian tube removed bacuse of a cyst. A month and a half later i turned up pregnant. After giving birth to my son i got on the Depo shot (the day i left the hospital) at my six week check up i got the mirena and that feel out three days after getting it. so i ended up on b/c. i was on and off b/c pills for a year. I have been off b/c pills for 5 months now. My cycle is now 38 days long. we do not use any protection. In the past months he has pulled out but this moth he did not pull out. My question is since all of this is happening will it be harder for me to concieve? Do i ovulate every other month because i only have one ovary or do i ovulate every month?

Since you already have a child unless something extreme has happend yu should be able to conceive. The BC should have made your ovulation more regular but at 38 days you are on the upper cuff of a long ovulation cycle. I suggest you go to the doctor they also have those self ovulation test. You should use them. The day it states you are having LH surge do it, do it and do it for the next two days.
