Phleboliths

I had a pelvic ultrasound to recheck a small cyst on my right ovary.  Was told the cyst seemed same size but that fat from bowel may have been confusing picture somewhat. I also had an cat scan and abdominal ultrasound in november and was told that there were probable phleboliths in the pelvis. No definite ureteral or bladder calculi.  Off and on I have a sharp or dull pain in my lower right pelvis just in from my hip bone and aches sometimes into my top thigh. Could this be causing some discomfort as I have mentioned?? Pls respond.
