Eyelash Growth

A year or so ago, i develpoed a habit of plucking my eyelashes. When I was reading or doing something of the sort, i would pull at my eyelashes. This was mainly because they where dry and irritated me. Now I barely have any lashes left. Will they ever grow back and if so how long will it take. If not, what can I do to make them grow back? Please help me!!
