BLEMISHES!

Sorry to bug you, but i have a horrible self esteem because i used to have pretty bad acne and i always hid it with make up but its gotten better but i ALWAYS pop my pimples! but pimples are not so much the problem anymore its that my face is always so RED !
how do i get rid of REDNESS, and acne scars? without a doctor? is that possible..?

Hi, yes you can help yourself without a doctor. Do not pop pimples, this will spread the bacteria under the skin causing more pimples and can cause permanent scarring.
For the redness, use Eucerin's Redness Relief Cleanser. It is available online or instores and is an excellent product. For the scars, use either Bio-oil, Palmer's Cocoa Butter Scar serum or Dermatix all widely available. Loiloi xx
