Hematuria and Suprapubic pain

by lizgordon24, Mar 02, 2008 03:44AM
I have had pain in my lower ab area and just above pubic bone. I thought I had a uti, but it came back negative, and that's when the hematuria was discovered. I've been given a series of scans to make sure its not stones or cancer and all tests have been normal including my pap smear. I have pain off and on, and starts towards the afternoon and gets worse as the day passes.  I have to urinate around 3 times at night which I'm work up from discomfort.  My pain is so hard to pinpoint, and it's so uncomfortable.  Any ideas on what could be happening will be so greatly appreciated. I'm scheduled for an ultra sound by my gynecologist in a couple of weeks.  What kinds of things will this show.  What tests are used to diagnose ovarian issues.
