spine fusion

by irish39, Mar 02, 2008 12:41PM
What exercises are ok after spine fusion surgery. I had the surgery over a year ago and was told
I could never lift more than 25 lbs. (I had the L4 and 5 fused).   I go to an exerise facility and lift
25 to 30 lbs. with pull down for bisceps and triceps and abdomon crunches etc,  are any of these
exercises bad?
