insane itching of the pubic area

Man this will be hard for me to discribe so... I have this rash type skin problem all around my crotch, side of testicles, inner thigh and fold, anus and surrounding area, lower stomach above pubic line, armpits, penis. It itches so bad that I fantasize about using scotchbrite to scratch with. I have gotten many diff creams of both anti fungal, steroidal and both! The only thing that makes it go away is the steroidal creams. Hydrocortizone does not work anymore. Only stronger steroids. But, It comes rigth back. I put 1 steroid on it and I swear it went away in 1 day. I have tried using the steroid daily fro 15 days. I have tried managing it with simptomatic treatment. it keeps coming back. it looks like an irritation. I have tried switchign soaps and used hypo aler what ever what ever. I cant deal anymore. I am ready for radiation lol
