Heart beat increasing..is it ocd related

I can't able concentrate my work. weight loss, loose motion , head ache , feels very tired sleepy. Heart beat increase like when we scare all time.., feels like run away from all
It all happened after a hand job exposure from a massage parlor , i am waiting till the 90 days window period to finish

There may be a diagnosis but it's not like any OCD I know. Just plain fear you have contracted something. A lot of anxiety about it, Huh? Get it checked out and learn your experience.
