Not covinced with current diagnosis

I am a 31 yr old woman, mother of one, with a long medical history and alot of widespread conditons. I have been formally diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, Trocanteric Bursitis, IBS, Hiatal Hernia, Asthma, Arthritis in various joints, Myofacial Pain Syndrome, and Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, and Bicpital Tendonitis. I have also been told that I may have the beginnings of Lupus or R.A. but blood work comes back negative. My youngest sister has juvenille R.A. as well. My blood work always comes back in the "normal" range, however, it is either at the very lowest or very highest, not ever giving my family doctor a reason for concern. I underwent a total abdominal hysterectomy in Sept 07 due to severe cervial dysplasia and hx of bengin tumors, fibroids, and cysts. I am currently taking HRT to control my menopause symptoms. Heres the problem: I have tons of symptoms that no one can pinpoint or diagnosis as one condition but yet they all point to some sort of autoimmune disease. Im extremely frustrated and tired of fighting with all these doctors just to get the correct treatment. Instead, I get loaded with narcotics and a "refral to mental health" and sent on my way. Please help!!
Here is a list of my symptoms currently:

severe, bilateral joint pain in shoulders,hands, hips, knees and feet
red, swollen joints in the hands and feet in the am and pm
unexplained fever ranging from 99.0 to 100.3 on a frequent basis
muscle pain in back, arms, legs, shoulders, and hips
red, raised, spots that resemble psoriasis but lack symptoms of itching or flaking
severe endometriosis and adhesions on the intestines
hiatal hernia
multiple diagnosis of pleurisy or chest wall inflammation
lump/swelling in lymph node under left arm
bilateral bursitis in hips, bicipital tendonitis
extreme fatigue with insomnia
mouth sores
heart murmur
episodes of high blood pressure with tachycardia
bilateral edema in the am, but mostly in the pm
epsiodes of IBS

I feel like im going crazy, and Im starting to think this is all in my head. Any kind of information would be very helpful and appreciated!!! Thank you :O)

I had a 6 yr battle with Drs trying to find a correct diagnosis for a multitude of symptoms very similar to yours. My bloodwork always came back with no concern but all my symptoms pointed to an autoimmune disease. I recently had my bloodwirk re-done after a couple of years and finally got my diagnosis. Rheumatoid Arthritis and Sarcodoisis. I also have fibromyalgia on top of that. I am in the process of being diagnosed with Behcet's Syndrome as well. Some tests that helped me get my diagnosis were:

*CCP IgG Antibodies
*ACE
C-Reactive Protein
RA Latex Turbid
ANA

*those were the new tests I hadn't had done before that came back positive.

Good luck and whatever you do don't give up!!! I know it is frustrating and depressing but you will find an answer.
