STOMACHE FLU

I have had the stomache flu for 4 days now. I have been takeing antinaseua medicine so i wont vommit. i have had no diahrea just constipation nausea and stomache cramps. Its been so awful ive been drinking lots of water and eating peaunt butter and jellu sandwiches , chicken noodle soup, and saltine crackers. When will i get better I just want the nausea to go away so i can work..
