bladder navel pains

hi,about a year ago i got up of a chair and got a pain around the navel area certain ways i would move like turning in bed getin in and out of the car picking up my son you would get a pain also i felt the need to empty the bladder i would go 7to 9 ties a day and 3 or 4 during the nite it would hurt in the same place the navel bladder area,since then things are a lot milder but still there,the navel seems to be a bit sensitive if your clothes or a zip rubs of it it can get a bit sore also if you pull slightly on the hair around your navel it can get sore to,some mornings i wake up ok some mornings i wake up and bladder area feels hot and i need to pee after you peee you would feel better,any suggestions,thanks,42year old male
