What treatment are you taking for myasthenia gravis?
Diplopia or double vision is usually one of the early feature of myasthenia. As the disease progresses the person develops other symptoms like weakness in arms, legs, neck pain, waddling gait, breathing problems and joint pain.
The symptoms of neck pain and strain and finger numbness also suggests the possibility of nerve compression in the cervical region.
I would suggest to you to please consult a specialist as soon as possible.
