Arimidex Relief?

by Joanne7, Mar 06, 2008 11:28AM
Is there anything to be done to relieve night sweats and swollen fingers caused by Arimidex? Do these side effects ever fo away? I've been on it for only three months.

Hi,

You need to follow up with your oncologist immediately and report any side effects that you are having. Depending on the clinical evaluation, he/she might even need to take you off the medication and put you on other chemotherapeutic agents if you are having severe side effects.

Do let us know if you have any other doubts or queries.

Hope this helps.

Regards.
