my father have bone cancer and it spread to the lung and his head are there treatment for him or is it too far gone

Dear tracy421:  This is a breast cancer forum.  The prognosis for cancer depends upon the type of cancer, where it has spread, how he is doing physically, and his response to treatment.  We cannot speculate on his situation without evaluation.  You should have a discussion with his oncologist regarding what you can expect.
