Recent Sickness and Ensuing Problems

Hello,
I am 29 year old heterosexual and monogamous man experiencing a rather weird combination of symptoms: itchy urethra and great discomfort in belly button (area). It seems that they are connected somehow, since every time something touches my belly button region the tip of my urethra becomes uncomfortably itchy. I am a married man (having been only with my wife for 5 years). I have recently been ill, the flu I believe, and was on sulfa generic antibiotics for 10 days. I think it has been two weeks since I finished the antibiotics. Well, then, after getting better for a week, my three year old brought something home that put me right back in the sick house, though not as bad as to warrant antibiotics, just mucous and sinus issues. These slight issues led me to take claritin d generic (walgreens) to allow normal functioning. I took it for the maximum time of 7 days. While on the claritin d I noticed a rather forced feeling when I urinated, and a few times it felt itchy or painful in some way. During these 7 days I had sex with my wife and the ejaculation felt like it was also very forced, sort of like a dead stop and I didn't feel anything come out. I have since masturbated twice and the second time, last night, upon ejaculation, I felt like someone took a sharp needle and stuck it inside my belly button, which then caused the tip of my urethra to feel as if there was a piece of paper stuck inside it. All day I have had relatively annoying discomfort; itchy one minute with the belly button thing then minor pain. It is rather annoying and I am wondering if the antibiotics caused a yeast infection or I have prostatis or something else? Any help is greatly appreciated.
