Hemorrhoid, rectocele?

I am a 34 year old female with 2 children. For about a month i have noticed that it feels like there is something in my anus after I complete a bowel movement. I do not have pain or bleeding, and do not strain or have constipation troubles. I do have occasional anal itching, which feels like a yeast infection. I do have a mild cystocele/uterine prolapse. Symtoms only occur after BM, for 30-60 minutes and then I do not notice it any more, until next BM. Does this sound more like internal hemorrhoids than rectocele?
