big infection in utrise

hi sir i am from pakistan. my problem is this after my first baby i start feeling pain in my utris. after checkups doc says that their is a swelling. after medications ifeel better.but this pain feel after every one month or of and of.now ihave two baby boys.at the time of second baby i face too complications. in 4th month i got sk stitches.and that pressure of pain i face at the end of pregrency. now after that my second son is now at the age of 2. but my that pain starts once again.after checkups doc says that u have a large infection on cervex. i use too heavy antibiotics but no good result seems. now doc done cottery on 15th feb. after few days i feel relaxe from pain but discharging of water and after that bleeding start and it finish two days back.but pain is once again start now. after checkup doc says their is a infection on first infection area after cottery. now what can i do now? i am in too pain. is remuving utris is solution.
