Couldn't Find Another Forum(Mono symptoms?)

I'm having symptoms of headaches and drowsiness(aches in my eyes). I'm pretty tired but I can deal with it. I'm also having abdominal pain especially on my bottom right hip and upper left abdomen below rib. I have no fever or anything like that. It seems like my body is aching alot more than normal. It started thusday night. I also have a loss of appetite. But since I have no fever or a sore throat but it seems like my stomach is aching and spleen possibly swollen. I also have lymph nodes that are pretruding on both sides of my lower back of my neck. I'm a college student also so I guess I'd be more at risk.
Can that be Mono? I mean I don't want to ignore the fact that it could be lymphoma or something like that. But I figured Mono would be more common.

I also want to add that these symptoms started thursday night and the constant stomach ache started friday night.
