do i have sepsis?

i started out with constipation which im pretty sure gave me a urinary tract infection... now ive got all sorts of aches.. nothing tooooo bad.. but ive been reading that this might be sepsis...
im really worried.. as i dont have very good insurance.. im covered for an emergency.. but if this is anything less i dont have money to spend...
any ideas?

So you don't know for sure if you have a UTI or not? Have you looked into free or low cost clinics for indigent patients in your area. Google is a good search engine to find such things. Many states have them. And depending on where you live, Walmart has a low cost prescription program for medicine. I have no idea what internal sepsis would be like. I know regular sepsis might have red lines from the infected area. You should get to a doctor if you can because you don't want to take any chances if you have an infection of any sort. Even if that means urgent care, it is better to have a bill than to end up sicker. I hope you feel better soon. Peace
