Strange senseation

I have often felt a cracking and then a feeling like warm water running down the back of my back from my neck. Now I have it on the left side from my shoulder down my back. Should I be worried about this? What causes it?

Now they have to get together to set up my surgery date. I just want to get started on this long journey that's exactly what they called it.
