Strange senseation

I have often felt a cracking and then a feeling like warm water running down the back of my back from my neck. Now I have it on the left side from my shoulder down my back. Should I be worried about this? What causes it?

Hello.

The symptoms you have can be due to peripheral neuropathy. Do you have any back or neck pain as well? Bulging of intervertebral discs can produce such symptoms. You will need a neurological examination and possibly an MRI of the cervical and thoracic spine to rule out this option.

Also get your blood work done for any vitamin deficiency. Vitamin B12 deficiency in particular can lead to symptoms of neuropathy.

I get a Vitamin B12 shot once a month, now. I don't have any neck pain and my back pain by my left shoulder blade is being treated with physical therapy. This peripneral neuropathy is it fixable?

Lately I have been waking up with pain in and around my left knee. In the day time and evening the left knee aches. What should I do?
