Worried

Hi Doc, 26 yr un-cut,had veginal wid prosti on 10.12. 07, & the condom broke-off, whn I puled out while ejaculating to see the tip of my penis protruding out & ejaculated few drops on bedding as well.next day tested for HIV & Hepatitis-B & few STI's (-ve)
2-3 weeks l8r I developed ARS sympt, chronic fatigue(slept for 12-14 hrs a day),fever 99-99.5(on-off for 2 weeks)& night-sweating on 3 occasions.5th week had problem urinating...urine test had mild infection tht went of after the course of antibiotics.few days l8r I had a swollen testicle (right), u/sound suggest no abnormality, that too passed by with a course of antibiotics. 7 weeks l8r I went for dental cleaning & 4 days after that (i.e.20.01.08), I realized that my tongue is bruised from both sides at the back & was diagnosed for Aphthous Stomatitis. ulcers started to heal after a month.
In between I was diagnosed for Tonsillitis (with white patches on both sides) also I hav a thick white coating on my tongue. Tongue c/s report suggests, "klebsiella species, Heavy growth". afterwards was on Antibiotics for 3 weeks but I still have a white coating on my tongue. I've few swollen lymph nodes in my groin & neck since then. After 2 months of exposure, got tested for Hep-B, HSV 1&2 and some STI's (-ve) along with Oral Thrush (Candida),Interim report is negative. I couldn't gather courage to test my self for HIV.
Worries:
1. Are my ARS symptoms for real? If not, what are the exact symptoms?
2. Don't you think it is too early for "Aphthous Stomatitis" to happen?
3. What does klebsiella has to do with HIV, is it possible to transmit klebsiella sexually or I got it from my dentist instruments?
4. If I got klebsiella sexually, does that increases my chances of HIV?
5. I tested myself for ESR all this while, result shows Jan-02, Feb-04 and March-12 (ref. range 1-10)…isn’t it pointing towards HIV?
6. Considering my symptoms and ESR values what are my odds of getting infected, please be honest.

As I said above, the answers are easily available on the HIV forum:  "You will find all kinds of discussions that make it clear that your HIV risk is low and your symptoms don't suggest ARS."  That is still true, and it the aphthous stomatitis, klebsiella, and your ESR results.  I also said "Or, since you're worried, just have an HIV test if it hasn't been done."  Since your exposure was a few months ago, that's the way to get over your anxieties.

I won't have any further comments.

This forum is limited to STD issues, not HIV; see the IMPORTANT notice above.  Please re-post your question on the proper forum.  But before you spend another $15.00, I suggest you spend a bunch of time reading that forum.  You will find all kinds of discussions that make it clear that your HIV risk is low and your symptoms don't suggest ARS.  Or, since you're worried, just have an HIV test if it hasn't been done.  You can expect a negative result.
