migraines

I was recently in a car accident and my doctors have agreed that i have whiplash but i also have some bulging discs in my neck and a gap in my neck bones i have been haveing migraines off and on every day since and some numbness in my feet and hands and lower back pain but they have released me to go back to work at a assisted living were i constantly pick residents up and bend over and it is making my migraines and lower back pain worse is it ok that i am back to work with thise types of injurys? please help.
