Hi

I know that for me when I run low on sleep, my legs will cause me issues. That is because the musclefibers tire out a lot easier. Make sure you get enough potassium (calium) at least! A lot of things happen in our bodies when we don't get what we need with nutrients.
It doesn't really have to come of the anxiety, but with anxiety you get a lot of muscle tensions that you can get control of with sound nutrition and a little bit of exercise. Make that a balance though. Have you considered to exercise first for half an hour and then eating? Calories burn up 'til one hour after you've exercised.
That was my way to get less controlling with the food.
